Yes. Currently J. Berry Skincare is sold at Lux Machine Salon in Fort Worth, TX. It is located at 4816 Camp Bowie Blvd., Suite B.

J.Berry Skincare products contain no synthetic perfumes or fragrance. Our products do have a delicate natural fragrance created only by pure plant and fruit extracts as well as therapeutic essential oils.

Currently J.Berry Skincare does not offer any products containing sunscreen or any sun protection. Using another brand SPF along with our product is recommended.

We do not ever test on animals. All products are tested by Jennifer on family, friends, and loved ones.

All of our products are packaged to be used within one year of purchase date.

Yes! Intermingling among the Balance, Soothe, Nourish, Refine, and Perfect lines is perfectly natural. Your skin may develop different needs at different times throughout the year.

Absolutely! I read and respond to all email correspondence personally. Just submit your questions to [email protected] and I will do my best to point you in the right direction. Additionally, you can follow me on Twitter where I’ll be submitting skin care advice on a weekly basis.

As all of are products are derived from natural sources, some difference from batch to batch can be expected. Natural products may vary in coloration, aroma, and consistency. This is a normal occurrence and should in no way affect your product’s efficacy.

At J. Berry Skincare, your total satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase, email us at [email protected] within two weeks of receipt of your purchase to process it for return or exchange. You will need to return any unused portion of the product to us. Please include “returns” in the subject line. <br /> <br /> We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately or refund your original purchase price. However, we are unable to refund shipping charges. If items are damaged during shipment, please save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately. The shipping carrier will pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

Most orders will be processed and shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Ground within 48-72 hours of receipt. Orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays. Should there be any delay concerning your order, you will be notified within 72 hours after placing your order. Shipping and handling for online sales is a flat rate of $8.95 for all orders under $99.00. All orders exceeding $99 are automatically eligible for free shipping.

We accept orders shipped to U.S. destinations only. At this time we are unable to accept orders shipped internationally.

All of our shipping and packing materials are recycled, recyclable, or reused. Where recycled items are available, we use them and encourage you to either reuse or recycle them. Items not readily recycled have been reused by us in an attempt to keep them out of our landfills. We graciously ask that you do the same.
